Our booking system is a simple process. You can place a booking request online on our website, through the EMTO Mobile app or you can call our customer care number +918438693616.Our team after verification will locate the nearest truck for you.

Currently, cancellation requests are processed only through the customer care number +918438693616.Cancellation will then be approved as per the terms and conditions. A cancellation fee would also be applicable if the Truck has reached the client's pickup location.
You can definitely do so. However, extra costs for the extra point of delivery or pick-up will be levied accordingly. Our EMTO Transport Services team will provide you with the additional cost incurred at the time of booking.
We only provide full truck transport services, we do not provide services for courier, parcels, or car transportation.
