How do I request a booking?
Our booking system is a simple process. You can place a booking request online on our website, through the EMTO Mobile app or you can call our customer care number +918438693616. Our team after verification will locate the nearest truck for you.
Can EMTO transport service actually help reduce costs and optimize transport processes?
EMTO transport services give planners and managers the power to uncover areas of excess in their transportation strategy (container levels, fuel consumption, inaccurate routing processes, ineffective distribution and warehousing networks, and long lead times between warehousing and delivery) to deploy more lean methods of transportation and avoid bottlenecks or breakdowns in the transit stage of their value chain.
How can I cancel my booking? Will I be charged a cancellation fee?
Currently, cancellation requests are processed only through the customer care number +918438693616. Cancellation will then be approved as per the terms and conditions. A cancellation fee would also be applicable if the Truck has reached the client's pickup location.
Do you provide Parcel, bike, courier or car transport service?
We only provide full truck transport services, we do not provide services for courier, parcels, or car transportation.
Can I place a booking with multi-point pick-up and drop?
You can definitely do so. However, extra costs for the extra point of delivery or pick-up will be levied accordingly. Our EMTO Transport Services team will provide you with the additional cost incurred at the time of booking.
